Talent Hub Policy
Guidelines for Hiring, Freelancing, and Professional Conduct.
1. Introduction
The Fuma Talent Hub is a discovery engine designed to connect project founders with skilled contributors. Unlike traditional freelance marketplaces that act as middlemen for payments, Fuma Technologies currently acts solely as a Discovery & Verification Layer. This policy outlines the rules of engagement for both Talent (Freelancers) and Founders (Clients).
2. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Fuma Technologies is NOT a Payment Processor or Escrow Service.
- We do not process payments, invoices, or tax documents between users.
- All financial agreements are strictly peer-to-peer (P2P).
- We are not liable for non-payment, refund disputes, or contract breaches between users.
- We provide the tools to connect; the rest is up to you.
3. Talent Eligibility
To be listed in the Talent Hub search directory, users must meet specific quality standards:
- Verified Identity: Preference is given to users with the "Verified Creator" tick.
- Portfolio Requirement: You must have at least one visible project in your Fuma Technologies portfolio.
- Skill Accuracy: Listed skills must be genuine. Misrepresenting abilities (e.g., claiming "Senior Developer" without evidence) may result in delisting.
- Professional Conduct: Reports of ghosting, harassment, or scamming will lead to an immediate ban.
4. Hiring Etiquette
Founders looking to hire talent must adhere to respectful communication standards:
- No Spamming: Do not copy-paste the same generic message to 50 developers. Personalize your outreach.
- Clear Scope: Be transparent about project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints upfront.
- Respect Rates: Do not haggle aggressively. Talent sets their own rates based on their expertise.
5. Dispute Resolution
While Fuma Technologies does not arbitrate financial disputes, we DO enforce community safety.
Reportable Offenses:
- Scams: User took payment/work and vanished (Ghosting).
- Impersonation: User is pretending to be someone else or using a fake portfolio.
- Harassment: Abusive language in DMs.
If a valid report is filed with evidence (screenshots of chat/agreement), Fuma Technologies reserves the right to:
- Revoke the user's "Verified" status.
- Permanently ban the user from the platform.
- Add the user to a public "Suspended Accounts" ledger (in extreme cases).
6. Data Privacy in Hiring
For Talent: By enabling your profile in Talent Hub, you agree to make your Profile Photo, Name, Skills, and Portfolio public. Your email address is NOT revealed publicly; initial contact must happen via our internal Chat system.
For Founders: Do not scrape the Talent Hub to build external email lists. This is a violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Fee Structure (Beta)
Currently, listing yourself on the Talent Hub is Free for Verified Creators. Fuma Technologies takes 0% commission on any work found through the platform. (This policy is subject to change with future updates, but existing users will be grandfathered in).
8. Contact
For questions regarding Talent Hub eligibility or to report a violation:
Email: fumatechnologies99@gmail.com
Search Engine Policy
Rules regarding indexing, AI usage, and data visibility.
1. Search Indexing & Visibility
The Fuma Technologies Search Engine is designed to make public collaboration easier. By creating an account or project on Fuma Technologies, you acknowledge how your data is indexed:
- Public Profiles: Users with "Public" visibility settings will have their Name, Username, Bio, Role, and Skills indexed and searchable by anyone.
- Private Data: Your email address, phone number, and projects marked "Private" are NEVER indexed by the search engine.
- Talent Hub: Users who enable "Talent Mode" explicitly consent to having their hourly rates and availability status displayed in search results.
2. AI Mode Disclaimer
The "AI Mode" (Zainin Search) feature provides summarized answers and navigational guidance.
3. Prohibited Search Behavior
To protect system performance and user privacy, the following actions are prohibited:
- Automated Scraping: Using scripts, bots, or spiders to harvest data from our search results.
- Data Mining: systematic extraction of user lists for external marketing or spam.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to manipulate search rankings via keyword stuffing or bot traffic.
4. External Results
The search engine may occasionally display results from the "Web" tab (via Google Programmable Search Engine) or "Images". Fuma Technologies does not control, endorse, or assume liability for content hosted on third-party external websites linked via these tabs.
5. Removal Requests
If you wish to be removed from the Fuma Technologies search index:
- Go to your Profile Settings.
- Toggle "Profile Visibility" to Private.
- The search index updates periodically; your data will be removed from public view within 24 hours.
Invoice App Policy
Rules regarding Billing, Accounting, and Financial Data.
1. Professional Use Disclaimer
The Fuma Technologies Invoice App is a tool for document generation and record-keeping. Fuma Technologies is not an accounting firm, a tax advisor, or a financial institution. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their invoices, tax calculations (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), and accounting practices comply with the local laws of their specific jurisdiction.
2. Data Accuracy & Calculations
While the platform provides automated calculation tools, users must verify the accuracy of subtotals, tax amounts, and grand totals before sending invoices to clients. Fuma Technologies is not liable for financial losses resulting from calculation errors or incorrect data entry.
3. Asset Storage (Cloudinary)
By using the "Post & Journalize" feature, you consent to having a visual representation (Image/PNG) of your invoice stored on Cloudinary, a third-party media provider. This is done to facilitate sharing via WhatsApp. While these links are obscured, they are technically "public-by-URL." If you require 100% private storage, you should use the "Save Draft" and "Local PDF" features instead.
4. Audit Trails & Immutability
To maintain system integrity, Fuma Technologies prevents the deletion of "Posted" journal entries. This is an architectural safeguard to prevent financial fraud. If you make a mistake on a posted invoice, you must record a payment or a corrective entry rather than deleting the original record.
5. Payments & UPI
The "Pay via UPI" and QR code features are pass-through links. Fuma Technologies does not sit in the middle of the transaction. We do not charge transaction fees, nor do we provide refund protection. You accept all risks associated with peer-to-peer (P2P) payments.
Fuma DropShip Terms & Conditions
Rules governing the creation, management, and operation of e-commerce stores on Fuma DropShip.
1. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Fuma DropShip provides software infrastructure that allows users ("Merchants") to build automated e-commerce storefronts, generate AI marketing content, and route fulfillment requests. Fuma Technologies does not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship any physical goods. We are strictly a technology provider, not the merchant of record or the supplier.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
As a Merchant operating a store on Fuma DropShip, you are solely responsible for:
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring your products, marketing, and store policies comply with all applicable local and international laws, including consumer protection and tax laws.
- Customer Service: Handling all inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds from your end-customers. Fuma Technologies will not provide support to your buyers.
- Product Accuracy: Verifying that AI-generated product descriptions, prices, and marketing copies accurately represent the physical goods being sold.
3. Product Sourcing & Fulfillment
Fuma DropShip integrates with third-party supplier networks (e.g., AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping). By importing products and automating fulfillment:
- You acknowledge that supplier inventory, pricing, and shipping times are out of Fuma Technologies's control and subject to change without notice.
- If automated API fulfillment fails, you are responsible for manually fulfilling the order via the supplier's platform using the provided customer data.
4. Payments & Routing
Fuma DropShip uses Razorpay Route to process end-customer payments directly to the Merchant's linked account. Fuma Technologies does not hold or escrow merchant funds. You are responsible for maintaining a valid, verified Razorpay account. Any chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions initiated by your buyers are solely your financial responsibility.
5. Store Suspension & Termination
Fuma Technologies reserves the right to unpublish your store, revoke your custom domain routing, or suspend your account immediately if we detect:
- Fraudulent activity or excessively high chargeback rates.
- The sale of prohibited, illegal, or scam products.
- Violations of third-party API terms (e.g., Netlify, Cloudflare, or Razorpay).
Fuma DropShip Privacy Policy
How data is handled for merchants and their end-customers.
1. Data Controller vs. Data Processor
In the context of Fuma DropShip, the Merchant (the store owner) acts as the Data Controller for all end-customer data. Fuma Technologies acts as the Data Processor, processing buyer information solely to facilitate the technical operations of the storefront and automated fulfillment.
2. Information We Collect
To operate the Fuma DropShip platform, we collect two tiers of data:
- Merchant Data: Your Fuma Technologies account details, store configuration, linked payment identifiers, API keys, and deployment settings.
- End-Customer Data: When a buyer makes a purchase on your Fuma DropShip store, we securely process their Name, Shipping Address, Email, Phone Number, and Order Details.
3. How End-Customer Data is Used
We process end-customer data strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Order Fulfillment: Transmitting the buyer's shipping address and order details to third-party suppliers (e.g., CJ Dropshipping APIs) to orchestrate package delivery.
- Transaction Routing: Passing necessary billing details to the payment gateway (Razorpay) to successfully capture the transaction.
- Notifications: Generating automated order confirmation and tracking updates.
Fuma Technologies will never sell, rent, or use your end-customers' data to market our own services or third-party products.
4. Data Sharing with Suppliers & Third Parties
By enabling automated fulfillment, Merchants authorize Fuma DropShip to share specific end-customer data (Shipping Address, Name, Phone Number) directly with international suppliers (e.g., AliExpress or CJ Dropshipping). Merchants are responsible for disclosing this international data transfer in their own storefront Privacy Policies.
5. AI Processing (Product & Ad Data)
When utilizing Fuma DropShip's AI Generator, the product titles, basic descriptions, and target audience inputs are sent to our LLM provider (Google Gemini). This data is processed transiently to generate SEO meta-tags, product descriptions, and ad copy. No personal customer data is ever fed into the AI models.
6. Security and Retention
End-customer data and order histories are stored in encrypted Firestore databases to allow Merchants to view their sales dashboard. Merchants have the right and ability to delete specific customer records from their dashboard to comply with consumer data deletion requests (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
Fuma Business Policy
Terms governing your commercial identity and financial integrations.
1. Commercial Identity
Fuma Business provides a unified profile management system. By registering a business on Fuma Technologies, you represent that the provided legal entity (whether individual or corporate) is legitimate and authorized to conduct business. You are responsible for ensuring your business name, GST/PAN information, and bank details are accurate and current.
2. KYC and Verification
To activate automated payment routing (e.g., via Razorpay Route), users must undergo a manual KYC (Know Your Customer) review. Fuma Technologies reserves the right to withhold verification for any business profile that:
- Provides inconsistent or unverifiable tax/banking documentation.
- Operates in a high-risk category without appropriate licensing.
- Fails to match the business details with the authorized account holder's identity.
3. Financial Integrations
Fuma Business integrates with external payment processors (Razorpay). Fuma Technologies does not hold funds. All revenue generated through FumaInvoice or FumaDropShip is routed directly to your connected bank account via your third-party payment provider. Fuma Technologies is not liable for payout failures, bank rejections, or processing delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank.
4. Data Sharing across Apps
By creating an Fuma Business profile, you explicitly consent to sharing your business identity data (Logo, Contact, Tax IDs) across all internal modules (FumaInvoice, FumaDropShip, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience. If you revoke access to one app, your business profile remains intact unless you fully delete your Fuma Business identity.
5. Compliance
You are exclusively responsible for all tax filings, GST/VAT compliance, and financial reporting related to the revenue generated through Fuma Technologies tools. We do not provide accounting advice.
Supplier Platform Policy
Rules and service level agreements for B2B suppliers on Fuma DropShip.
1. Eligibility and Onboarding
To become a registered supplier, you must have a verified Fuma Business account with a linked payment gateway (Razorpay). You are responsible for providing authentic business details, tax information, and bank account data.
2. Product & Inventory Obligations
- Authenticity: All products listed must be authentic and accurately described. Counterfeit or misleading products are strictly prohibited.
- Quality Control: You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and packaging of the products you ship.
- Inventory Sync: You must maintain accurate stock levels. Selling out-of-stock items will negatively impact your supplier rating and may lead to suspension.
3. Fulfillment Service Level Agreement (SLA)
To ensure a positive customer experience, all suppliers must adhere to our fulfillment SLA:
- Processing Time: Orders must be marked as "Processing" within 24 hours of receipt.
- Dispatch Time: Orders must be dispatched and a valid tracking number uploaded within 48 business hours of receipt.
- Failure to Comply: Repeated failure to meet this SLA will result in temporary or permanent suspension from the marketplace.
4. Payment & Commission Structure
Payments for fulfilled orders are split automatically via Razorpay Route.
- You receive the "Base Cost" you set for the product.
- The Dropshipper (Store Owner) receives their profit margin.
- Fuma Technologies retains a small, fixed platform fee on each successful transaction.
- Payouts are subject to Razorpay's settlement timelines.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
You must clearly state your return and refund policy in your Supplier Shop profile. You are responsible for handling all product-related returns and quality disputes initiated by the end-customer or the dropshipper.
Supplier Platform Policy & Terms
Updated: June 2025 — Binding terms for all registered suppliers on Fuma DropShip. By activating a Supplier Shop, you accept these terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Registration
To register as a supplier on Fuma DropShip you must hold a valid Fuma Business account with an approved Razorpay linked account. You must be a legally operating business or individual trader in India. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- All business details, tax information, and bank details you provide are accurate and current.
- A single business entity may maintain only one Supplier Shop account.
- Fuma Technologies reserves the right to verify your credentials and suspend your account pending that verification.
2. Product & Inventory Obligations
- Authenticity: All products listed must be genuine and accurately described. Counterfeit goods, imitation products, or misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account suspension.
- Accurate Descriptions: Product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications must truthfully represent the physical product. Stock photos and watermarked images are not permitted.
- Inventory Accuracy: You must maintain real-time accurate stock levels. Fulfilling orders for out-of-stock items damages the customer experience and will negatively impact your supplier rating. Repeated occurrences may lead to suspension.
- Prohibited Items: You may not list weapons, regulated substances, items infringing third-party intellectual property, or any product that is illegal under Indian law.
- Pricing Integrity: The Base Cost you set must reflect your genuine wholesale cost. Artificially inflating base costs to manipulate platform fees is a violation of these terms.
3. Fulfillment Service Level Agreement (SLA)
All suppliers must adhere to the following fulfillment timelines. The SLA clock starts the moment an order reaches Paid status in your queue.
- Order Acknowledgement: You must mark the order as Processing within 24 hours of receipt.
- Dispatch: You must ship the order and upload a valid tracking number within 48 business hours of receipt.
- Return Resolution: You must respond to and initiate resolution of any dispute or return request within 5 business days.
- SLA Violations: A first violation results in a written warning. Three or more violations within a 30-day period trigger a temporary suspension. Continued violations result in permanent removal from the marketplace.
4. Payment & Commission Structure
Payments for fulfilled orders are split and transferred automatically via Razorpay Route at the moment of payment capture. The split is as follows:
- Supplier Payout: You receive the Base Cost you set per unit, multiplied by the quantity ordered. This is transferred directly to your Razorpay linked bank account.
- Dropshipper Earnings: The difference between the store's selling price and your base cost (minus the platform fee) goes to the dropshipper.
- Platform Commission: Fuma Technologies retains a fixed 5% platform fee calculated on the base cost of each successful transaction. This is automatically retained before your payout is processed.
- Settlement Timeline: Razorpay processes transfers on a T+2 business day cycle. Weekends and bank holidays may add 1–2 additional days. Fuma Technologies is not liable for Razorpay processing delays.
- Failed Transfers: If a Route transfer fails (typically due to an inactive linked account), the funds remain in the Fuma Technologies Razorpay account. You must contact Fuma Technologies support to arrange a manual payout. Failed transfers are flagged in your Payouts dashboard and you will receive an in-portal notification.
5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
You must publish a clear, honest return and refund policy in your Supplier Shop Profile before listing any products. You are responsible for:
- Accepting returns for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the listing.
- Processing approved refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Responding to dispute tickets raised by dropshippers or customers within 5 business days. Failure to respond within this window will result in the refund being automatically approved in favour of the claimant, with the cost deducted from your next payout.
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading product content to Fuma DropShip, you confirm that you own all rights to the images, descriptions, and brand assets you submit, or have explicit permission to use them. You grant Fuma Technologies and its dropshipper network a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on storefronts built on the platform for the duration of the listing.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Fuma Technologies may suspend or permanently terminate a Supplier Shop for:
- Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or fraudulently described products.
- Repeated SLA violations (3 or more in 30 days).
- Manipulation of pricing, stock data, or order records.
- Violation of Razorpay's terms of service.
- Failure to respond to dispute or verification requests within stipulated windows.
Upon termination, pending payouts for already-fulfilled orders will be processed through normal settlement timelines. Outstanding disputes must be resolved before the final payout is released.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fuma Technologies operates as a technology marketplace and is not a party to transactions between suppliers and end-customers. Fuma Technologies's maximum aggregate liability to any supplier shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by that supplier in the three months preceding any claim. Fuma Technologies is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Fuma Technologies does not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay: Your linked account ID and payout amounts are shared with Razorpay to process transfers. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
- Dropshippers: Your shop name, product listings, base cost, shipping times, and supplier rating are visible to dropshippers on the marketplace. Your personal contact details and bank information are never shared with dropshippers.
- Firebase (Google): Your supplier data is stored in Firestore (Google Firebase). Google's data processing terms apply.
- Legal Authorities: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or competent government authority in India.
4. Data Retention
- Active order records are retained for 5 years post-fulfillment to comply with Indian GST Act requirements.

- API Key Protection: Sensitive keys (Razorpay secret, Gemini API key) are stored as Vercel environment variables — never in Firestore or source code.

8. Changes to This Policy
Fuma Technologies may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-portal notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Supplier Portal after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
